1.Developing Semi-detached housing units.

2.Designing an ideal model unit with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a main living room/ Salon, a family/ TV room and a kitchen.

3.The total area of the unit is 120 m2 whereby 60 m2 designated for the ground floor and 60 m2 for the first floor in addition to the usable rooftop.

4.The total area of the land is 250% times the footprint of the unit to reach an approximate area of 150 m2.

5.The ground floor consists of an outdoor balcony at the entrance of the house, a salon, a living room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom.

6.The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom.

7.Designed to be able to increase an additional room on the roof floor, catering for future extension if the owner of the residential unit wishes to expand the accommodation.

8.Side boundaries have been adopted with a width of 4m leaving room for the configuration of a distinctive outdoor garden.
