CEO Message
Many world governments want to show appreciation to their public servants with no means to do so and many public servants spend their lives serving their country with nothing to show for. MENA Development & Management is the bridge between the government’s will to show appreciation and the well-deserved appreciation for a life spent in public service.
A home is a basic need of any family. A place you feel you belong, a place you feel you own, a place you want your kids to grow in and a place you want to leave for your kids. The basic need of a home is out of reach to hundreds of millions of honest, honourable, hardworking, self-sacrificing public servants. Their compensation in general doesn’t allow for them to own their own land and their own independent decent home. The equation of the more honest you are the less chance you have to own your own home holds fact and at MDM we position ourselves as the world champion of public servants with an objective of providing decent homes and a better life to the public servants and enabling the willing governments to do so.
MDM stands on the shoulder of giants regarding its technology and its construction arm with alliances with the largest and most capable regional contractors able to provide the quality of product in time and in accordance with full reliability.
We worked diligently to find the right principles to align the architectural designs with the technology with the business model with the operating model and with the financing model to make it a very easy decision for the governments to courageously make the decision and have the will.

The Inspiration to MDM Initiative
This initiative is dear to us and the inspiration for it has been Dr. Adel Shraideh. A Neuro Brain Surgeon, graduating from the best universities in England, managing the largest medical facilities in the Middle East, operating tens of surgeries on weekly basis for decades, a regional medical reference for his specialty, constantly going way out of his call of duty to help the common man in every way he can, departing the military as a top ranking general then serving as a minister and then a member of the upper house of parliament, retiring and still renting a home to host his family. He chose to give instead of receive, he chose to stand for the people and by the people, for the country and by the country instead of amassing a big fortune. To different scales there are tens of millions or even hundreds of millions in the world like Dr. Adel, my late father, those who sacrifice their lives for their country and for public service. Those givers are the modern definition of heroes and our motto is to enable governments to give back to these modern day heroes.
